Exporting firearms
We
offer a competitive, prompt world wide exporting (and importing) service for
most types of firearms - including shotguns, rifles, pistols and revolvers.
We specialise in deliveries to Europe and the United States of America and for
eample on receipt of valid US Import Licence, export can usually take place
within seven working days.
Please note certain calibres take approximately 21 days for UK documentation. These are military calibres of .223, .303, .308, .338, .50 and pistol/revolver calibres .30, .38, .357, .40, .41, .45. Delivery to European destinations will take place within seven working days of receiving the DTI Export Licence. Delivery to other countries will take up to ten working days from obtaining all UK correct documentation. All applications for licences, both exporting and importing, are made by ourselves.
Other types of firearms, such as antiques, will usually be dispatched within ten working days of receipt.
We are happy to guide overseas and UK customers through the procedures to obtain documents that the Department for Trade & Industry request to obtain licences.
